Hot Goblin is owned and run by Christopher Blyth. Christopher is a Leith’s trained chef. Prior to building the Hot Goblin location catering business Chris spent several years running restaurants in London.
Chris’s background in high quality cuisine is important. It means that the Hot Goblin team never loses sight of the fact that what the kitchens produce has to look and taste really good. Food has to be produced in varied and sometimes unusual locations it should never get in the way of the fact that customers must really enjoy what they are eating.
We have produced high quality food everywhere from a Snowdonia peak to the base of the White Cliffs of Dover.
